Jenkins' book is a simple, straightforward, to-the-point narrative that is a must-read for email marketing veterans and newcomers to the industry alike. Broken up into easy-to-digest segments, "Truths" offers the reader the ability to focus on one or two ideas at a time, providing the information needed to earn buy-in at the C level or just simply get a download if you're new to the game. A great book. A must-read. I highly recommend this. I pull it out at least once a week for review of concepts.
